An ad engine that turns days of creative production into half an hour
Batchit is an AI ad campaign generator built from scratch by Yo-Da Lai. Marketing teams
juggling ten or more client accounts were losing days to producing ad variations by hand —
the same creative, fifty different formats, across dozens of briefs. Batchit compresses
that: the first production-ready ad comes out in about fifteen minutes, each new variation
takes under five, and a hundred-plus ad variations can be generated inside half an hour.
Style DNA locks each client's creative identity so every variation still looks like the
brand.
Batchit: brand brief in, production-ready ad campaign out.
What was breaking?
Ad creative was a production line run by hand. Every campaign meant remaking the same idea
in dozens of sizes, formats and hooks, and every client account multiplied that work.
Design bandwidth — not ideas — was the bottleneck, and a round of variations could eat days
before a single ad went live.
What did we build?
Batchit was built from the ground up as an AI-native platform for ad production. A brand
brief goes in; production-ready image and video ads come out.
A brief-to-ads pipeline: brand brief in, production-ready campaign out.
Style DNA that locks each client's creative identity across every variation.
An Identity Bank holding brand kits per client account.
Image and video generation pipelines running in parallel.
Onboarding with 100 free credits and no card required.
What changed?
Creative production went from days to minutes. The first ad is ready in about fifteen
minutes, further variations take under five minutes each, and a hundred-plus ad variations
can be produced inside half an hour — with every one still on brand. The platform launched
to a growing waitlist.

How is it kept safe?
Nothing publishes itself. Batchit generates the variations; a person reviews and picks what
actually ships. Style DNA keeps every output inside the client's brand identity, and each
client's brand kit lives in its own Identity Bank — one client's creative never leaks into
another's.
