I’m Yo-Da Lai, an AI consultant, designer and builder based on the Gold Coast. I help Australian businesses work better through custom software, AI workflows, websites and interactive experiences.
You work directly with me, from the first conversation through design, development and handover. We start with a useful problem, agree the scope and test the result with your team. I meet clients in person on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, and work remotely across Australia and New Zealand.

How do we start?
Send a project brief, or bring an idea or a frustrating workflow to a free 15-minute build review. No technical brief needed. If there is a fit, we agree a written scope, deliverables and success criteria before building.
How much does a project cost?
You receive a fixed quote after we define the scope. Any licensing, hosting or model-usage costs are explained before you commit. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Can you work with our existing tools and data?
Where your providers support authorised access, yes. We agree data access, provider permissions, human approval and recovery steps before connecting anything. Your team reviews sensitive actions; this website does not connect to your business systems.
