Gold Coast & Brisbane · In person or remote
AI automation for Gold Coast and Brisbane businesses.
I’m Yo-Da Lai, an AI consultant and builder based on the Gold Coast. I build AI workflows, business tools and websites around the way your team already works, and I can meet you at your business on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane.
No technical knowledge needed. You approve what matters.

- In person on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Remote across Australia and New Zealand.
- Fixed-price quote in writing before work starts, based on your project brief or a free 15-minute build review.
- Anything sensitive waits for a person’s approval, unless you explicitly agree a lower-risk exception.
- Results reviewed at 60 days against the baseline we agree in writing.
How working together works
Six steps, from your brief or first conversation to the 60-day review. You work directly with me throughout.
Send a brief or book a review
Describe the work in a project brief, or discuss it in a free 15-minute build review. We identify what is worth fixing first.
Map the workflow with the people who do it
We go through the job step by step, at your business on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane, or by video call. The people who do the work know where it gets stuck.
Agree the scope in writing
Baseline, success target, approval points, exclusions and measurement method, with a fixed-price quote, all agreed in writing before the build starts.
Build around your tools, test with real tasks
Installed on the email, CRM and chat tools your team already uses, wherever access is supported, then tested against agreed scenarios and edge cases before launch.
Hand over with approval gates
Your team runs it day to day. Sensitive actions stay behind human approval unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Measure at 60 days
We review the results against the written baseline. If the agreed saving is not shown, the remediation steps written into the scope apply.
A single agreed workflow is commonly targeted for 7 to 14 days after the required access and inputs are confirmed. Larger projects take longer, with their own schedule agreed in writing.
What I build
Custom systems around the repetitive work your team already does — replies, follow-ups, intake, reporting, creative — with a person approving what matters.

Australian Bureau of Statistics · 30 June 2025
Gold Coast business, by the numbers
The ABS counts the businesses in every local government area. For the Gold Coast, at 30 June 2025:
- 83,266businesses in the Gold Coast local government area
- 81,078have fewer than 20 employees — 97.4% of all businesses
- 52,343have no employees
What it means
In a small business, admin often lands on the owner. So I start with one scoped workflow, the job most worth taking off your plate, rather than a large system.
How the 97.4% is worked out
| Employees | Businesses |
|---|---|
| None | 52,343 |
| 1–4 | 21,663 |
| 5–19 | 7,072 |
| 20 or more | 2,188 |
| Total | 83,266 |
- 52,343 + 21,663 + 7,072 = 81,078 with fewer than 20 employees
- 81,078 ÷ 83,266 = 97.4%

Built so you stay in control
If keeping control matters to you, you are in good company. Every build I set up works like this:
The connected tools, permitted actions, approval points, and escalation rules are agreed in writing before access is enabled. Sensitive actions stay behind human approval unless a lower-risk exception is explicitly approved.
Anything outside the agreed job goes to a person instead of being guessed at.
