A good project starts with a clear brief.

Tell me what needs to work better. Leave with a useful starting point, whether we work together or not.

The interactive planner needs JavaScript. You can also use these questions to prepare your brief and email it directly.

  1. Open your AI chat with my prompt

It interviews you in plain English, one question at a time. If you’ve already told it about your business, it uses that.

  2. Answer its questions

Up to six. Leave out passwords and customers’ private details.

  3. Paste its answer here

Copy its whole final reply, starting at PROJECT BRIEF. Your brief fills itself in and you can edit anything before sending.

Questions

Do I need to know what to build?

No. Describe the job that eats your week. Working out whether it needs a website, a small tool or a simpler process is my job.

What happens after I send it?

I read it myself and reply by email with a written scope and a fixed quote by 5pm Brisbane time, the next business day. If something is unclear, I’ll ask before quoting.

Does sending it commit me to anything?

No. The quote is fixed and in writing before any work starts, and you can say no.

Where does my brief go?

Only when you press Send, it goes to my private CRM so I can reply and follow up. It is not used for analytics or shared. Prefer email? There’s a draft option too.

Why ChatGPT or Claude?

Many owners already think problems through with an AI chat. My prompt turns that conversation into a brief I can quote from, so you don’t have to write one.
