Gold Coast web developer for websites that bring enquiries

Short answer

I design and build custom websites for small businesses on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, then set up what happens after someone enquires: intake, follow-up and draft replies a person approves. You work with me directly, from first sketch to launch. One fixed price in writing based on your project brief or a free 15-minute build review.

No technical brief needed. Bring your current site or an idea.

What a build includes

A website is only worth it if the right people find it and can take the next step. Each build covers both.

  1. Design around your customers

Pages planned around the questions your buyers ask before they call, not a template with your logo on it.

  2. Built for phones first

Fast, readable pages on the phone most visitors use, then scaled up for desktop.

  3. Search basics done properly

Page titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and clean page structure, so search engines and AI assistants can read the site.

  4. An enquiry path that works

Forms and booking that reach the right person, with intake details captured once instead of chased by email.

  5. Follow-up you control

Optional: first replies and follow-ups drafted in your voice. A person approves before anything sends.

  6. Handover your team can run

A written handover of how the site works, who can edit what, and what to check each month.

A website, plus what happens next

Most small-business sites stop at the contact form. The enquiries then wait in an inbox. I build the site and the path behind it.

The connected tools, permitted actions, approval points, and escalation rules are agreed in writing before access is enabled. Sensitive actions stay behind human approval unless a lower-risk exception is explicitly approved.

How a website project runs

Every stage is agreed in writing before it starts.

  1. Send a brief or book a review

Share your current site or idea in a project brief, or discuss it in a free 15-minute build review. We look at who it is for and where enquiries get lost.

  2. Fixed price in writing

Pages, features, enquiry path, exclusions and timing, agreed before any build work.

  3. Design, then build

You see the design before it is built, then a working preview before launch.

  4. Test and launch

Forms, booking, speed, mobile layout and search basics checked on the live site.

  5. Handover

Written notes on editing and upkeep. Optional ongoing support can be cancelled anytime.

What a website costs

I do not publish a price list, because a five-page site and a site with booking, intake and follow-up are different jobs. Send a project brief, or book a free 15-minute build review. You get one fixed price in writing before work starts.

The quote lists pages, features, exclusions and timing. Ongoing support is optional and can be cancelled anytime.

Questions owners ask before a website

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. Rebuilds are common: the Loantec project replaced a dated brokerage site and a chatbot that no longer worked. We keep what already works, such as content that ranks, and fix the rest.

Read the Loantec case study

Which platform do you build on?

It depends on who edits the site after launch and what it needs to connect to. The platform is agreed during scoping and written into the quote, not chosen from a default package.

Do you do SEO?

Every build ships with the search basics: page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast pages and a clear structure. I do not sell monthly ranking campaigns or promise positions.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Elsewhere in Australia and New Zealand, we work by video call.

Working together locally

Do you build websites for Brisbane businesses?

Yes. I meet Brisbane clients at their business or by video call. The Brisbane page explains how that works and what to ask about any quote.

Do I need to write all the content first?

No. Bring what you have: an old site, notes or a few photos. We work out the page plan together, and I draft the structure so you only fill in what only you know.
