Email, chat & form enquiries · AU & NZ

Better enquiries. Ready for review.

Short answer: yes, an AI chatbot can handle most of your written enquiries. I build one that drafts replies from your own information, captures each lead, and hands tricky cases to a person. It works across email, website chat, and forms; it is not a phone-answering service.

  • Replies to written enquiries from your approved business knowledge
  • Captures leads and books the free path you already use
  • Human approval before anything sensitive sends
  • First agreed workflow commonly targeted in 7–14 days after access is confirmed

The evidence

Closest proof: my own AI property consultant drafts real Facebook Marketplace enquiry replies in my voice and holds each one until I approve it. Deployments and advisory work across 10 businesses (6 deployed, 4 advisory).

Choose the right option

Chatbot software or a custom assistant?

If you searched for an AI chatbot, you have two real options. Choose by how much a good reply depends on your own information and rules.

Off-the-shelf chatbot software

Fits when most questions are simple FAQs and someone on your team will set it up and keep it current. You pay the vendor’s monthly subscription and work inside its chat widget.

A custom assistant built with me

Fits when a good reply depends on your own records — availability, bookings, job details, your CRM — or must wait for your approval. It covers email, website chat and forms, at a fixed price agreed in writing.

Not sure which you need? If off-the-shelf software is enough, the free review will say so.

How it works

Three steps. You stay in control.

  1. Map the questions you answer every day

We list the FAQs, booking rules, and handoff cases from how you actually work — not a generic script.

  2. Install behind written enquiry channels

Email, website chat, or form intake. The system drafts replies in your voice; sensitive sends wait for a person.

  3. Go live with a review window

You watch the first days of traffic, tighten rules, then expand only what earns its keep.

Straight answers

Common questions

Will it answer without me seeing it?
By default, no. Sensitive or first-time replies wait for approval. You can loosen low-risk paths later once you trust the drafts.
Does this answer phone calls?
Not in this package. It handles written enquiries across email, website chat, and forms. Phone answering is a separate build, scoped on its own page rather than implied here.
How fast can the first version go live?
A single written-enquiry workflow is commonly targeted for 7 to 14 days after the required access and inputs are confirmed, with scope written down first.
What does it cost?
A custom install is quoted at a fixed price in writing before work starts, based on your project brief or a free build review. Off-the-shelf chatbot software is a monthly subscription you set up yourself. The cost guide lists the prices Australian providers publish and what drives a quote.

Guarantee

The guarantee, in writing

Before work starts, we agree the workflow baseline, success target, exclusions, and 60-day measurement method in writing. If the agreed time saving is not shown at the 60-day review, I complete the remediation steps written into that scope without an extra implementation fee.

Fit filter

Who this is for — and who it isn’t.

Clear fit beats a long sales cycle. If you’re on the left, send a project brief or book a free build review.

A good fit

  • Founders and operators who want smoother, more efficient company workflows
  • Businesses in Australia and New Zealand (remote OK for the right fit)
  • Teams drowning in repetitive replies, follow-ups, reporting, or CRM admin
  • Owners who want a human-built system with approval gates — not a DIY chatbot kit
  • Teams that need something custom — tailored workflows, agent integrations, or systems built around the tools already in use

Not a fit

  • Enterprises that can only buy through a 12-month RFP and a 20-person vendor team
  • Anyone who wants the cheapest one-click template with zero involvement
  • Projects where no one can give tool access or approve and test the workflow
